GENERAL INFORMATION

The press center of the rally is located in the headquarters (HQ) of the rally, in the hotel “Gojus” at the address: Kauno str. 5, Lazdijai (map).

1. If a person has an annual accreditation of a media representative issued by the LASF – there is no need to send an accreditation application to the Organizer, but it is mandatory to come to the rally HQ, register and indicate the vest number (2023.06.30 (Friday) from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 2023.07 .01 (Saturday) from 09:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.). Registration confirms that the person is familiar with the “7bet Gravel Fest Rally – Lazdijai 2023” Media Safety Rules and Media Accreditation Rules, has an insurance certificate valid during “Sports training and competitions”.
2. Media representatives who do not have annual LASF accreditation must fill out and send the Accreditation Application to the Organizer.
3. Correctly completed “7bet Gravel Fest Rally – Lazdijai 2023” accreditation application forms are accepted from 01.06.2023 to 26.06.2023, 12:00 p.m.
4. The submitted accreditation application confirms that the Media representative has read and familiarized himself with the Media Safety Rules and the Media Accreditation Rules, agrees to abide by them unconditionally, has an insurance certificate valid “During Sports Training and Competitions”, assumes full responsibility for his health and life, and in the case of an accident – does not have any claims against the Organizer.
5. Accreditations and Media vests are issued at the rally HQ (2023.06.30 (Friday) from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 2023.07.01 (Saturday) from 09:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.).
6. Vests to be returned: at the rally HQ, until 2023.07.01 at 20:00.
7. Accreditations are issued only to those media representatives who have received prior accreditation approval from the organizer.
8. An accredited rally journalist must inform about the event properly and impartially, perform his work as carefully and efficiently as possible, according to the best, generally recognized professional standards and practices, using all the necessary skills and knowledge.
